Nessa is our super beautiful Swedish import, the "guard dog" of the family. She has excellent temperament, as breed typically she is reserved toward strangers but when she accepts someone she's full of hugs and kisses :-) She has very high guarding instincts but without agression, just like Weimaraner should be.
Unfortunately Nessa hated dog shows and even though she got all the looks, mama is going to keep her promise and Nessa don't have to bother to the ring anymore now when she has all the CC's for Champion-title (only trial results are missing). For Finnish field trials she is working too close if there's no game so we haven't entered her to Field Trials. Nessa's specialty has been practical tracking (wounded deers and mooses), she is in police records as the official tracking dog of our area. She has a result from tracking test, open class 3rd prize (her 1st & only test so far). She is also used on deer and elk hunting as "banishing dog" so she also has "big game" on her credit. Nessa passed the breeding quality examination in Junkkari 23.9.2005 (excellent, best weimaraner bitch) judged by Raija Tammelin and she fills the breeding requirements of Swedish Weimaraner Club W2-list. Nessa's sire is BIS Se TrCH SeW-02,-05 Greydove Nordic Liaison 'Nordic', gorgeous Australian import who comes from old and famous American lines. Nordic was Top Winning show weimaraner in Sweden years 2003 and 2005, and he finished his Swedish Tracking Champion title at 9 mths old. Nessa' dam Se DCH (hunting & show) Scuba's Barfüssige Barbara 'Babben' was the highest merited (hunting trials) weimaraner in Sweden, also her dam was Hunting Champion. Babben was awarded in year 2006 with the golden medal of Swedish Weimaraner Club for his her successful offspring.
